Processing Time All premade items ship within 1-3 business days of your order. Custom and personalized items (like our acrylic keychains) require 3-5 business days for production before shipping.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping methods within the US:
- Standard Shipping — typically 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping — typically 1-2 business days
- USPS — rates and transit times vary by location
International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via DHL and FedEx. Transit times vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Delays While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing for international orders. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. For damaged items, include a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
